What does Yes Thank You look like in Marketing? It's about seeing low performing content and understanding what was different, then tweaking or moving away from that to stronger performing content. It's getting data-driven feedback that while engagement was high, lead generation was low and thinking, good, I can remember that when the goal is engagement, but use different tools when lead generation is the goal. It looks like working with Sales to build excellent nurture campaigns to increase qualified leads down the road. Its about having a growth mindset with continuous learning!
What does Yes Thank You look like in Sales? It looks like being busier with engaged prospects and opportunities, higher conversion and close rates, and worlking with your Marketing team to build excellent nurture campaigns for more qualified leads down the road. (Yeah I repeated that, because both Sales and Marketing have to do the work)
